The Reed Square Foundation is a charity and must document the use of Reed Square to fulfill IRS requirements.\u00a0 To use Reed Square, call Tom and Eileen Sanders (804-625-9693) or another RSF board member or submit the form below.<\/p>\n<h2>Guidelines:<\/h2>\n<p>Due to the cost of insurance and the restrictions of coverage, Reed Square is locked when not in use.\u00a0 Please follow these guidelines when in Reed Square:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No dogs or other pets please.<\/li>\n<li>Do not walk on the mulched borders.<\/li>\n<li>Engage only in safe activities.<\/li>\n<li>Leave Reed Square as you found it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Reed Square closes at dusk unless users make special arrangements.\u00a0 When you leave, lock the gate.<\/p>\n<p>Donations to the Reed Square Foundation are tax deductible and will be used to pay real estate taxes and insurance costs.<br \/>\nPlease send donations to P.O. Box 8012, Richmond, VA 23223-0012 or drop them off at 117 North 26th Street.<br \/>\nThank you for helping the Reed Square Foundation keep Reed Square a valuable community resource.<\/p>\n<div
