Using Reed Square

The Reed Square Foundation invites the general public to use Reed Square for gatherings and other activities. The Reed Square Foundation is a charity and must document the use of Reed Square to fulfill IRS requirements.  To use Reed Square, call Tom and Eileen Sanders (804-625-9693) or another RSF board member or submit the form below.

Guidelines:

Due to the cost of insurance and the restrictions of coverage, Reed Square is locked when not in use.  Please follow these guidelines when in Reed Square:

  • No dogs or other pets please.
  • Do not walk on the mulched borders.
  • Engage only in safe activities.
  • Leave Reed Square as you found it.

Reed Square closes at dusk unless users make special arrangements.  When you leave, lock the gate.

Donations to the Reed Square Foundation are tax deductible and will be used to pay real estate taxes and insurance costs.
